Our benefits program allows us to offer new and existing employees the opportunity to participate in programs that support both them and their families, and help them plan for their future.
Healthcare
Genova offers a traditional Point of Service Health Plan and a High Deductible Health Plan through Meritain Health, an Aetna Company. These plans offer employees the ability to pay for eligible medical expenses with pre-tax dollars, either through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA). Genova contributes $500-$1,000 annually for employee HSA's, based on individual or family coverage.
Delta Dental and Community Eye Care vision insurances are also available as voluntary health plans.
Life Insurance
All employees are covered under Basic Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance as well as Short and Long-term Disability coverage after 60 days of service and can choose to supplement plans through payroll deductions, for themselves and their dependents.
Retirement Savings
After 90 days of service, employees may enroll in the 401(k) plan administered through AIG. Genova matches dollar for dollar on the employee's first 3% and $.50 on the dollar for the next 2% of compensation. All full-time employees are vested from day one!
Additional Benefits
Employees have access to an Employee Assistance Plan, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, tuition reimbursement, seven paid holidays, funeral leave, jury duty pay, paid time off (PTO) and vacation time.
Employees are eligible to utilize four complimentary Genova Diagnostic tests each year.
