Back in Action!

We're happy to let you know that our lab is ready to receive your samples without restriction. After navigating the challenges brought by Hurricane Helene, we're excited to return to serving our healthcare provider partners and their patients at full capacity!

With full power now restored at our lab, testing services are quickly returning to our standard processes and running smoothly. For all collections returned from Monday, October 14 forward, we expect typical turnaround times. Any outstanding release dates for previous samples will be in myGDX soon.

Rest assured, we're working hard to process all viable samples while ensuring you receive the quality results you expect from Genova.

Throughout the recovery, our staff has balanced caring for their families and community, many still without power and water services, with the work of stabilizing our lab and restoring operations. It's their dedication that has put us back on track to serve you.
